2024-F-Youth-Academy-Grassroot Registration Form!

Academy Registration is also available!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. Sparta has provided three options for payment for the up coming season. 

 

Payment Options

  • PAY ONLINE:  Submit payment online  upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
  • E-TRANSFER: Submit fees by e-transfer at the conclusion of this registration to SpartaTreasurer@rogers.com
 

Payment Plan Available

  • Sparta provides an optional two payment plan to our members to spread out the cost of registration.  If you choose the online payment option the first and second payment are managed automatically. If you are paying offline by e-transfer or cheque (see below).  If you choose the two payment option please provide the first $300 payment to "Hamilton Sparta Soccer Club" by cheque or e-transfer.
  • Options 
  • 1 - Full payment due at time of registration 
  • 2 - $300 payment due when registering - the remainder is due by March 15.
  • 3 - Pay offline via e-transfer
