Welcome to the Joe Valvasori-Sparta Spring Festival-Tournament 

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and the process for submitting payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Payment Options

  • E-TRANSFER: Submit fees by e-transfer at the conclusion of this registration to SpartaTreasurer@rogers.com (use password 'soccer')
  • PAY OFFLINE - Cheque: Submit fees upon conclusion of this registration session by cheque. Please make cheque payable to the Hamilton Sparta S.C.  Mail cheque to:

IMPORTANT - Please Read
Player books are required for U13-U18 teams. If player books are not available, then a valid OS roster with full team identification must be provided. For festival teams U8-U12 an OS roster, listing the names and SEOS numbers for all players, is required.
 
Teams  from out of district must provide an Application to Travel Permit (ATF), approved by your own district.  Hamilton District teams do not require a travel permit.
