This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit offline payment after registering. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. This registration form will not require an online payment.

All payments should be made offline and go directly to the Club Treasure at SpartaTreasurer@roger.com

Please remember registering online is for payment use only. In order to play and be assigned to a team the Club Registrar must update each player's SEOS numbers with Ontario Soccer.   Until the team receives an approved roster you are not registered to play soccer.
