To register for the Hamilton Sparta Winter or Summer Academy please click on the following link - Registration Link  This link will take directly to our online registration system.  In order to use the form you will have to create a Sports Engine account. If you registered for last years Academy then you already have an account. If you forgot you passcode please request an update from the sign-in page.

IMPORTANT - When you register for the Academy you will need to enter the following letters "spartasc" when registering for the Academy.
